The P.R.I.M.E. Restoration Continuum™

Five movements. One responsible journey.

Progress is rarely linear. The continuum keeps goals, responsibilities, evidence, barriers, and next actions visible—without reducing a person to a score.

01

Prepare

Build readiness before transition through orientation, planning, and practical foundations.

02

Restore

Strengthen identity, responsibility, wellness, relationships, and a participant-owned plan.

03

Integrate

Coordinate housing, work, education, documentation, services, and community connection.

04

Mentor

Pair practical guidance with accountability, encouragement, boundaries, and consistent support.

05

Empower

Develop self-advocacy, leadership, contribution, and a durable path beyond program completion.
